Masoor daal with onion, tomato bharta,bittergourd potato fry with onion,lady finger fry, fish fry,rice kheer ,lemon,papad.....its just heaven on plate:blush::blush::blush:

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Basmati rice...2cup
  2. Masoor daal...1cup
  3. Bay leaf...1
  4. Onion...4
  5. Green chilli...2
  6. Dry red chilli...1
  7. Panch foron seeds...1tspn
  8. Salt
  9. sugar
  10. Bitter gourd...300gm
  11. Potato...1
  12. Turmeric powder...3tspn
  13. Red chilli powder...3tspn
  14. Lady finger...250 gm
  15. Tomato...2
  16. Chopped garlic...4tspn
  17. Milk...1ltr(for kheer)
  18. Dry fruits...1/2cup
  19. Cardamom powder...1/2tspn
  20. Liquid date palm jaggery...1/2cup
  21. Fish pieces...4
  22. Lemon juice..2tspn

Instructions

  1. Boil daal with green chilli & beaten it for a mashy texture.
  2. Heat oil,add bay leaf,dry red chilli & panch foron seeds & let it crackle.After that add boiled lentil & all spices.
  3. Add salt & sugar & required water.Boil it for 10 minutes & then switch off the flame.Its ready.
  4. For tomato bharta, fry chopped garlic & green chilli in hot mustard oil for few minutes.
  5. Add chopped tomato, red chilli powder & salt.Cook it well.
  6. Now add some chopped onion & mix it with tomato.Cook it till it become bharta.
  7. Its ready now.Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves.
  8. For lady finger fry, add 1 chopped onion in hot oil & fry it well.
  9. Add chopped lady finger & all spices.Cook it well.
  10. Its ready now.
  11. For bitter gourd , fry one chopped onion first & then add potato.Fry it for few minutes.
  12. Then add chopped bitter gourd & all spices.Cover it & cook it in low flame till it boil.
  13. Its ready now.
  14. For fish fry, marinate the fish with salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder,lemon juice & 1tspn semolina.Shallow fry then.
  15. For rice kheer, boil milk with 3tspn rice & cardamom powder.Make the quantity of milk almost half.Then add liquid jaggery & dry fruits.Serve chilled.
  16. Full dish is ready.Enjoy it with your family.
