Ingredients to make No oil - No spice dried Chana

  • Boiled kabuli chana 1 1/2 cup
  • Prepare a potali of muslin cloth and put tea leaves and sabut masale in it
  • onion 2 chopped
  • Green chilli 4
  • tomato 2 chopped
  • ginger 1 chopped
  • Chana masala 2 tbsp
  • salt as desired

How to make No oil - No spice dried Chana

  1. Boil the chanas with the potli in it till the chanas are cooked.
  2. In a kadai add chanas, chopped onions, ginger, chana masala, tomato and salt. Cook for 20 - 25 minutes till onion and other vegetables become soft. Cook in the same water in which you have cooked the chanas.
