Heart shaped gujiya

Ingredients to make Heart shaped gujiya

  • For dough
  • 250 gm maida
  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • 1/2 glass water
  • For chasni
  • 2 cup grinded sugar
  • 1 3/4 cup water
  • For filling
  • 250 gm khoya
  • 1 and 1/2 cup bhura or as per taste
  • 3-4 spoon chiroonji
  • 1/2 cup kishmish

How to make Heart shaped gujiya

  1. First make a dough of maida with ghee adding little water to make a medium tough dough and keep it aside for 1/2 hour. For syrup Now take a pan and add water and sugar to it and boil to make syrup.
  2. For filling On another flame take a kadai and khoya and heat on low flame. Keep it aside to cool and then add bhura,chirongi and kishmish and mix well.
  3. Making of gujiya Now take atta and make small balls and spread on chakla and cut in heart shape with a cutter.
  4. Now apply moist maida on corners and fill it with filling and closed from the corners.
  5. Make 6-7 gujiya like these.
  6. Now take a kadai and heat oil and deep fry the gujiya in it.
  7. Repeat the procedure after making 6-7gujiya
  8. Let them cool.
  9. Dip them in the chasni and keep them on the plate aside.
  10. Your heart shaped chasni gujiya are ready to serve.
