Carrot Masala Chapathi

Ingredients to make Carrot Masala Chapathi

  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • wheat flour 1/2 cup for dusting
  • Fine rava 1 cup
  • cornflour 5 tsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • water
  • For filling...
  • onion chopped 3 cup
  • Cooked carrot 1/4 kg
  • Soaked, cooked green gram 1 cup
  • water to cook
  • salt to taste
  • Cooking oil 1/4 cup
  • Jeera powder 1 tsp mixed grated paneer 1 cup
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Ciba taaza kitchen king or any masala powder 2 tsp

How to make Carrot Masala Chapathi

  1. WHEAT FLOUR, FINE RAVA
  2. CORNFLOUR, SALT
  3. ADD WATER
  4. MIX AND KNEAD WELL, COVER AND KEEP ASIDE FOR 30 MINUTES
  5. MASH COOKED CARROT AND GREEN GRAM
  6. HEAT OIL AND FRY ONION
  7. FRY TILL TRANSULANT
  8. SALT
  9. GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  10. MIX WELL
  11. ADD MASHED CARROT MIX
  12. JEERA POWDER MIXED GRATED PANEER
  13. CIBA TAAZA KITCHEN KING MASALA POWDER, MIX WELL AND KEEP ASIDE
  14. NOW MAKE EQUAL SIZED DOUGH BALLS
  15. PRESS THE BALLS IN WHEAT FLOUR AND START ROLLING
  16. ROLL THINLY
  17. TRANSFER INTO A HOT TAWA AND COOK
  18. PRESS AND COOK
  19. FLIP AND COOK FOR BULGING
  20. COOK BOTH THE SIDES EVENLY
  21. PLACE FILLING IN THE MIDDLE
  22. FOLD IT AND PRESS THE EDGES AND SERVE IN HOT
