This is one of the healthiest breakfast my mom used to make for us when we were young as we would not like dryfruits and she use to make us eat this way , morning breakies should be heavy and healthy with all healthy ingredients today I am sharing my ma's recipe jaggery is good for all kids , adults and old age people too , whole wheat flour is also healthy and dry fruits too , so friends try this walnut and jaggery halwa

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1Cup whole wheat flour
  2. 3/4 Th cup jaggery
  3. 1Cup water
  4. 1/2 Cup chopped walnuts
  5. 2Tbsp chopped cashewnuts
  6. 1Tsp almonds flakes
  7. 1Tsp pistachio flakes
  8. 2Tbsp of ghee
  9. Some dried rose petals

Instructions

  1. ADD 2TBSP OF GHEE IN WOK
  2. ADD 1CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR TO GHEE AND ROAST ON LOW FLAME
  3. KEEP ON STIRRING
  4. IN ANNOTHER PAN ADD 1CUP OF WATER
  5. AS IT STARTS BOILING ADD 1/2 CUP OF JAGGERY
  6. KEEP STIRRING AT INTERVALS
  7. NOW JAGGERY IS MELTED
  8. ADD CHOPPED WALNUTS
  9. ADD CHOPPED CASHEWNUTS
  10. ADD ALMONDS AND PISTACHIO FLAKES
  11. AS WHEAT FLOUR TURNS GOLDEN ADD JAGGERY WATER
  12. KEEP ON STIRRING
  13. WHEAT FLOUR WILL ABSORB ALL THE WATER
  14. ADD 1TSP OF GHEE AND SWITCH OFF FLAME
  15. GREASE ONE BOWL WITH GHEE
  16. ADD HALWA TO BOWL
  17. PRESS IT LITTLE
  18. CAREFULLY FLIP THE BOWL IN SERVING PLATE
  19. GARNISH WITH SOME ALMOND FLAKES
  20. SOME PISTACHIO
  21. AND SOME ROSE PETALS
