Ingredients to make moongi masur di daal

  • green split lentils ( with husk ) 1 cup
  • red lentils 1 cup
  • onion 1 small chopped
  • garlic cloves 4 chopped
  • tomatoes 2 chopped
  • asafoetida 1/2 tspn
  • turmeric 1/2 tspn
  • red chilli 1/2 tspn
  • salt
  • ghee 8 tspn

How to make moongi masur di daal

  1. wash lentils
  2. in a cooker add both lentils. turmeric salt and 3 cup water
  3. cook for 10 minuets
  4. in a pan add ghee . add onion garlic and cook
  5. add tomatoes and cook again
  6. mix this to daal and Cook again for 2 minuets.
