First take a bowl and mix besan with oil and add little water in between to make a soft dough.
Now in the meantime boil water in a kadai and put those long rolls into the kadai.
Now cook on high flame for 10 min and then on low flame for 10 min...add water if it is getting low.
Now take the gatte rolls and cut them into small pieces.
Now take a kadai and add oil.
Fry all gatte in it.
Now remove them onto a plate
Now peel the onion and grind them in the grinder.
Now take tomatoes and grind them along with garlic cloves and adarakh.
Take the same kadai and remove some oil.
Add jeera to it and cook for 1min.
Add the grinded onion paste and cook till golden brown
Add the tomato mix and cook till dark red.
Add namak ,dania powder,lal mirch powder,haldi.
Add the fried gatte pieces.
Now add water to kadai and cook for 5-7minutes .
Take the gatte sabzi into a bowl and garnish with and add onion slices and sabut lal mirch pieces on top for serving.Happy cooking!!!!"
