Ingredients to make Baked Marvel (Baked vegetables with kalari)

  • peas 1/4 cup
  • carrot diced 1/4 cup
  • Beans diced 1/4 cup
  • onion diced 1/4 cup
  • potato diced 1/4 cup
  • garlic 4 minced well
  • Oats 2 tbsp
  • Kalari grated 1
  • olive oil 1 tbsp
  • milk 3/4 cup
  • salt 3/4 tsp or as per taste
  • pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1/4 tsp

How to make Baked Marvel (Baked vegetables with kalari)

  1. Boil vegetables till semi soft. Keep aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan.Add garlic stir for a moment and add onion and saute it for 2 minutes.
  3. Mix oats in cold milk and add in the onion mixture. Stir well till it boils and mixture becomes thick.
  4. Add salt, pepper and oregano.
  5. Take a microsafe dish. Layer boiled vegetables, then white sauce and grated kalari. Sprinkle oregano.
  6. Repeat layers if quantity is more.
  7. Bake for 10 min on micro mode or 20 minutes in oven at 170 degree centigrade till the top is golden brown.
  8. Serve hot. (avoid heating again and again)
