Sweet Kesriya dryfruit pulao

Ingredients to make Sweet Kesriya dryfruit pulao

  • 1 glass rice
  • 1 1/2 glass water
  • Few srtrands of kesar or kesariya food colour with 10-12drops
  • 1/4 cup kishmish
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup bhura
  • 10-15 almonds
  • 10-15 kaju

How to make Sweet Kesriya dryfruit pulao

  1. Soak rice in water for 10 min
  2. Put 2-3 glasses of water in the kadai.
  3. Let it boil
  4. Then add bura and cook rice on high flame for about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Then slow down the flame and add kesriya food colour or kesar strands.
  6. Cook on low flame for adding kishmish and chopped badam and kaju in between.
  7. Keep on cooking for about 10-15 min.
  8. Your Sweet kesriya dry fruit pulao is ready to serve.Happy cooking!!!!

My Tip:

Soak rice before cooking in enough water and for about 10-15min.
