Butter naan

Ingredients to make Butter naan

  • 4 cup maida
  • 1/2 cup dahi
  • 1 spoon of namak
  • 1/2 cup dania leaves
  • 1 karchi oil

How to make Butter naan

  1. Take a parat and add all the maida to it.
  2. Add curd namak and dania leaves
  3. Knead well with 2-3cups of water to make a perfect dough.
  4. Now make small balls of it with the help of belan make long shape as shown.
  5. Take a nonstick tawa and put naan on it and cooked well on both the Sides.
  6. Take it on a plate and apply butter on it. Garnish with chopped dania leaves.
