VEGETABLE SOUP

Ingredients to make VEGETABLE SOUP

  • onion 2
  • tomato 2
  • potato 1 large
  • carrot 2
  • cabbage shredded - handful
  • oil 2-3 tbsp
  • coriander powder
  • cumin powder
  • salt
  • bay leaf
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream 3 tbsp

How to make VEGETABLE SOUP

  1. ADD OIL TO THE PRESSURE COOKER
  2. ADD GARLIC, AND ONION TO THE HEATED OIL AND SAUTE FOR 1 MIN.
  3. TAKE THE VEGETABLES AND DICE THEM INTO BIG PIECES
  4. NOW ADD THE VEGETABLES TO THE COOKER
  5. ADD 2 CUPS WATER
  6. ADD CHILLI FLAKES, SPICE POWDERS
  7. FINALLY ADD SALT AND BAY LEAVES
  8. CLOSE THE LID AND COOK FOR 4 WHISTLES
  9. AFTER THE VEGGIES ARE NICELY COOKED, OPEN THE LID AND DON'T FORGET TO REMOVE THE BAY LEAF
  10. BLEND THEM IN A MIXER TO SMOOTH CONSISTENCY
  11. TRANSFER IT TO THE BOWL, ADD CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER AND FRESH CREAM (IT IS OPTIONAL)
