About Egg Biryani Recipe

It's a very simple and a tasty biryani.

Egg Biryani

Ingredients to make Egg Biryani

  • egg - 4
  • Biryani masala - 3 tsp
  • onion - 2 sliced
  • coriander leaves a few
  • mint leaves a few
  • ginger Garlic Paste
  • curd 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste dry spices
  • kaju 5
  • kesar
  • Half I-1/2spoon
  • lemon juice of 1
  • rice 1 cup

How to make Egg Biryani

  1. First you soak the rice for half an hour then boil the eggs.
  2. Heat a pan add oil, dried spices and onion. Fry the onions until they become golden brown.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, kaju, green chilli, coriander leaves, mint leaves, biryani masala and curd. Cook it for a few minutes.
  4. In this masala add 1-1/2 cup of boiling water and add rice and cook it on a slow flame until rice is cooked properly.
  5. When the rice is almost cooked, add butter on it, boiled eggs, kesar and mix it well until biryani is ready.
