Dahi and Paneer ke Kababs

Ingredients to make Dahi and Paneer ke Kababs

  • 1 cup boiled and mashed potato
  • 1/2 cup crumbled paneer
  • 2 tbsp yougurt ot hung curd
  • 1 tbsp singhara flour or any Vrat flour
  • 1 tbsp ginger chilli paste
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Sendha Namak as per taste
  • Red Chilli Powder 1/2 - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala as per taste

How to make Dahi and Paneer ke Kababs

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make a soft dough, add a little oil.
  2. Make balls out of the dough and slightly flatten them.
  3. Heat a nonstick pan or tawa or air fryer, sprinkle a few drops of oil. Place cutlets or kebabs over it to roast from both sides till brown.
  4. Serve hot with chutney or curd.
My Tip: Do not add too much of yogurt while making dough, add required quantity of yogurt only.
