Ingredients to make Cheese cup cake

  • Digestive biscuit 85 gms
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • cream cheese 225 gms
  • Granulated sugar 130 gms
  • cornflour 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • egg 2

How to make Cheese cup cake

  1. Crush the biscuits in a bowl, in that add melted butter and mix until well combined. Put it in the cup molds in equal parts and press down firmly to make a crust.
  2. In a bowl take cream cheese and beat on a low speed until smooth. Add sugar, cornflour, vanilla essence and lemon juice. Beat until creamy. Beat egg one at a time until smooth. Pour it over the crust of biscuits.
  3. Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade and bake it for 20 minutes. Set it to cool and then put in the fridge for 2 hours and later serve it with whipped cream or jam.
