Hyderabadi paneer is a rich & nawabi recipe of paneer . It is a combination of spices ,herbs ,and loads of cream .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup chopped spinach
  2. 1 cup chopped green corriander
  3. 200 gram chopped paneer in desired shape
  4. 1 chooped onion
  5. 2 chopped tomato
  6. 6 clove garlic
  7. 1 inch ginger chopped
  8. 4 cardmom
  9. 4clove
  10. 2 Bay Leaves
  11. 1 Stick Cinnamon
  12. 1 mace
  13. 1/4cup thick curd
  14. 1/2cup fresh cream
  15. 2 table spoon clarified butter
  16. 1teaspoon turmeric
  17. 1teaspoon red chilli powder
  18. 1teaspoon garam.masala
  19. 1 teaspoon kitchen king
  20. 2 teaspoon corriander powder
  21. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. Heat a thick base pan melt 1 table spoon clarified butter in it .
  2. Add onion ,ginger, garlic , chopped tomato ,chopped spinach and chopped green corriander.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes .
  4. Keep aside for cooling .
  5. Grind in a smooth paste after cooling .
  6. Meanwhile take a bowl add chopped paneer , cream ,curd garam masala ,kitchen king masala and some salt mix well with light hands and Keep aside to merinate.
  7. Take another pan heat ghee crackel clove cardamom cinnamon and bay leaves.
  8. Add grounded green paste in it .
  9. Add all spices turmeric powder ,red chilli powder ,corriander powder and salt
  10. Cook for 10 minutes on medium flame add required water and check consistency.
  11. Add paneer along with all creamy marination ,cook for another 5 minutes .
  12. Serve hot with nan ,tandoori roti and rice .
