Ingredients to make Non fried moong dal ladoo

  • moong dal - 1 cup soaked for 2 hours
  • salt to taste
  • baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  • red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala as per taste
  • oil - 2 tsp
  • imli chutney for taste
  • radish 1
  • coriander leaves a few
  • mint Chutney for taste
  • Chat masala 1 to 2 tsp

How to make Non fried moong dal ladoo

  1. Take a bowl, add moong dal mixture, salt, soda, garam masala, red chilli powder and mix it well.
  2. Take an appam pan put it on a low flame and brush oil on the pan pour half a spoon of batter in the pan and drizzle a few drops of oil from top flip them over and fry golden brown.
  3. Take a plate and take four and five pieces and decorate with radish, coriander, leaves, imli chutney, mint chutney and Chat masala.
