Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 150 paneer
  2. 3 tomatoes
  3. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  4. 1 tsp kasoori methi
  5. 1/2 cup cashew nuts
  6. Melon seeds 1/4 cup
  7. Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  8. Green cardamom 2
  9. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil 1 tbsp
  12. Maida 2 tbsp
  13. Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  14. Garam masala 1 tsp
  15. Fresh coriander to garnish
  16. Yogurt 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. PRESSURE COOK 3 TOMATOES, 1/2 CUP CASHEW NUTS, 1/4 CUP MELON SEEDS.
  2. ADD 4 LAUNG, 2 TBSP GARLIC GINGER PASTE, 1 TSP KHASKHAS
  3. ADD 2 GREEN CARDAMOM, 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, SALT TO TASTE.
  4. ADD 1 TBSP OIL & 1/4 CUP WATER.
  5. 1 WHISTLE IS ENOUGH.
  6. WHEN THE MIXTURE COOLS DOWN. GRIND IT IN A BLENDER.
  7. ADD IN1/4 CUP CURD AND MIX IT WELL. KEEP ASIDE.
  8. MASH 150 GMS PANEER.
  9. ADD 1/4 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER, SALT TO TASTE.
  10. ADD 2 TBSP MAIDA & MIX IT.
  11. KNEAD A DOUGH.
  12. MAKE SMALL BOLLS.
  13. TAKE A BOLL & SHAPE THEM INTO KOFTAS.
  14. IN A KADHAI, HEAT OIL & DEEP FRY THE KOFTAS.
  15. FRY IN MEDIUM LOW FLAME.
  16. FRY KOFTAS TILL GOLDEN.
  17. REMOVE FROM OIL.
  18. PLACE THEM ON TISSUE PAPERS TO DRAIN EXCESS OIL.
  19. HEAT 2 TSP OIL ADD 2 BAYLEAF & MIXTURE
  20. ADD IN 1 TSP GARAM MASALA, 1 TSP CORRIENDER POWDER.
  21. ADD 2 TBSP FRESH CREAM.
  22. ADD 1 GLASS OF WATER. COOK FOR 5 MINUTES.
  23. SPRINKLE 1/2 TSP CHAT MASALA & 1 TSP KASOORI METHI.
  24. COOK MORE 2 MINUTES.
  25. IN SERVING BOWL ADD DEEP FRIED KOFTAS.
  26. THEN POUR THE GRAVY ON TOP. GARNISH WITH SOME MORE CREAM BEFORE SERVING.
  27. FINALLY GARNISH WITH SOME FRESH CORRIENDER LEAVES.
  28. SERVE IT HOT.

I would prefer it without chaat masala next time I make it . Rest all assured it's a nice recipe which myself and my family liked .
