PaanBahar Ice Cream

Ingredients to make PaanBahar Ice Cream

  • Sweet Gulkand Paans (Betel leaves) - 4
  • Amul Mithai Mate 200 gms

How to make PaanBahar Ice Cream

  1. Take a large bowl and pour the Amul Mithai Mates/Nestle MilkMaid into it. Take Sweet Paans and shred them one by one with hands into the same bowl. The paans should have only soft ingredients into it like Gulkand, tutty fruity, soft supari, grated coconut etc, but preferably only soft chewable ingredients.
  2. Blend all this material in the bowl with an electric blender for 4-5 minutes. Cover the bowl with a cling film and freeze it for 3-4 hours.

My Tip:

I prefer only soft ingredients as fillings in the Paan (Betels)
