About Masala Boti Fry Recipe

A hot and spicy starter.

Masala Boti Fry

Ingredients to make Masala Boti Fry

  • 250 gms boneless mutton
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 6 to 7 black peppercorns
  • 1 Stick cinnamon
  • 3 cloves
  • 3 cardamom
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon red chilly powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon all spices powder
  • 1 teaspoon mutton masala powder
  • 4 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves

How to make Masala Boti Fry

  1. Marinate mutton with salt, red chilly powder, mutton masala powder, all spices powder and lemon.
  2. Heat oil add cinnamon, black pepper, green cardamom, cloves let them splutter
  3. Add onion and saute till onion become pink.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and saute well.
  5. Add marinated mutton in it and mix it well.
  6. Add water and let them cook on medium flame for 20 minutes, keep stirring in between.
  7. All masala should be dry and the mutton should have cooked well and soft.
  8. Serve in plate and garnish with coriander.
  9. Ready to eat.

My Tip:

You can also add lemon after serving.
