About Mango Suji Sheera Recipe

Mango season has arrived, so thought of experimenting with mango for my 2 year old.

Mango Suji Sheera

Ingredients to make Mango Suji Sheera

  • Suji 4 tbsp
  • sugar 2 tbsp
  • mango ripe 1
  • ghee 1 tbsp
  • almonds 4 crushed
  • water 1 n 1/2 cup

How to make Mango Suji Sheera

  1. Put ghee in a pan heat it and add suji. Roast it for 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Add sugar mix well n add water previously heated.
  3. Cook till all water gets absorbed. Now take one Mango, take out its pulp and mash it a little with the help of a spoon.
  4. Now pour cooked suji in mango pulp and mix well. Garnish with crushed almonds.

My Tip:

Dont use mixer for mashing d pulp
