  1. Strawberries 1/4 cup
  2. Raspberries 1/4 cup
  3. Blueberries 1/4 cup
  4. Milk 250 ml
  5. Chia seeds 2 tbsp
  6. Sugar to taste
  7. Assorted Nuts 1 tbsp (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soak Chia seeds in water for 20minutes.
  2. Boil milk adding sugar as per taste.once boil keep aside.
  3. wash & rinse all fruits.
  4. add chia seeds to the bottom glass.pour milk on top.add fruits & Nuts .Serve chilled
