Ingredients to make Zaikedar safed murgh

  • 2 breasts of chicken cut into cubes
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, enough oil to lubricate the pan
  • 2 tsp ginger- garlic paste
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp hung curd
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp mozarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp cashew ground into a paste
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  1. Take the chicken cubes into a bowl and add all the ingredients except the oil for lubricating the pan.
  2. Mix it well, cover it with a cling sheet and keep it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
