In a kadahi take oil warm it add jeera, saunf, sliced onion, hing shallow fry onion in low flame till it becomes pink only or lightest brown
Add mashed karela, sliced aambi, mirchi, dhaniya, haldi, salt mix well cook for good 12 or 15 mins.
