Ingredients to make Rajasthani besan wali mirchi

  • Big sized chillies (slitted and deseeded)
  • Ingredients for filling:
  • 3 tbsp of roasted gram flour
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp amchur powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Few drops of lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp fennel powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp oil
  • oil to saute

How to make Rajasthani besan wali mirchi

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the filling and fill in the slitted chillies.
  2. In a pan, heat little oil and sauté the chillies. You may add a little more salt if needed at this time.
  3. Saute till they are golden and enjoy it hot. Happy cooking!
