Mango chesee cake with fresh fruits.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 cup cream chesse
  2. 1 cup whipped cream
  3. 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  4. 5 gm agar agar
  5. Pinch yellow food colour
  6. 1 packet marie biscuit
  7. 1/4 cup melted butter
  8. 1 mango
  9. 1 kiwi
  10. 4-5 strawberry

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add cream chesse and powdered sugar whisk till smooth then fold in whipped cream slowly and then add food colour and agar agar mixture to it and mix till all combines.
  2. For agar agar mixture in a seprate bowl add 5 gm agar agar powder and add 15 gm of water to it and keep it for 10 min.
  3. In a grinder grind marie biscuit then add melted butter and mix till all comes togethor.
  4. Puree mango in a mixer and reduce it in a pan with 2 tsp sugar till all water dries.
  5. Take a silicon mould and pour biscuit layer at base then add chesse mixture then again add biscuit layer and then again chesse mixture and refrigerate for 3 hours till set then pour mango mixture on top and again refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Demould chesse cake in a tray garnish with fresh mango ,mint leaves and chopped kiwi and strawberry.
