ABOUT Purple Passion RECIPE

This recipe is very close to my heart,i love this drink a lot.When there is seson of falsa fruits it is made daily at my place.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 GMS Indian berries (falsa)
  2. sugar 2 tbsp
  3. 1/4 tsp black salt
  4. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  5. 1/4 tsp roasted jeera pwd
  6. 3 to 4 mint leaves
  7. 6 ice cubes
  8. 1 glass water
  9. lemon wedges to garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend falsa with water,sugar,mint leaves .
  2. Strain through thick strainer.
  3. Add chaat masala, roasted jeera pwd, black salt,and a pinch of salt(optional )
  4. Add ice cubes.
  5. Serve chilled in rimmed glasses with salt and sugar mix.
  6. Garnish with lemon wedges .
