Healthy and delightful nutritious smoothie

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  2. 1/4 cup cold full fat milk
  3. 3-4 ice cubes
  4. 1 frozen ripe banana
  5. 1/2 tbsp honey
  6. 10-12 cashews
  7. 1/4 cup cold yoghurt
  8. 1/8 tsp cinnamon for garnish
  9. 1 tsp slivered almonds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy
  2. Pour in serving glass, garnish with almonds and cinnamon. Serve cold
