About Fish Amritsari Recipe

Amritsari fish is a spicy flavourful preparation of fish.

Fish Amritsari

Ingredients to make Fish Amritsari

  • Boneless fish 250 gms
  • chilli garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • Fresh coriander chopped
  • 1 tbsp chat masala
  • salt
  • oil to deep fry

How to make Fish Amritsari

  1. Marinate the fish in lime juice and chilli garlic paste and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Now add all the dried spices, gram flour and mix well. Wrap the fish in the gram flour mix thoroughly.
  3. Deep fry these fish pieces in the oil on a medium flame.
  4. Enjoy it with onion and chutney. Happy cooking!
