Besan ke laddoo is made of gram flour and is one of the most liked desserts by everyone.

Besan ke laddoo

Ingredients to make Besan ke laddoo

  • 2 cups besan or gram flour
  • 1/2 cup desi ghee, approx
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

How to make Besan ke laddoo

  1. In a wok, take the besan and cook while stirring continuously for 10 mins or till the besan releases it's good smell or turns light brown.
  2. Add the ghee and cook for few more mins.
  3. Allow it to cool a little then add the sugar to it and mix well.
  4. Take some mixture in your hands and make balls of it.
  5. Coat them with powdered sugar.
  6. Your yummy besan ke laddoos are ready!
