Pumpkin Veg platter with Chilli jam

Ingredients to make Pumpkin Veg platter with Chilli jam

  • 1 cup grated pumkin
  • 1/2 cup carrot grated
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon chat masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  • 4-5 crushed tulsi leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry
  • 1 cup maize flour
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • For chilli jam:
  • Dry red chillies 6-7
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • Chopped tomatoes 4-5
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • vinegar 1/4 teaspoon

How to make Pumpkin Veg platter with Chilli jam

  1. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil, then add the vegetables and saute it for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the spices, lemon juice and mix it well with this vegetable mixture.
  3. In a bowl, mix the maize flour, flour, salt, oil and make a chapati dough. Make 6 balls, roll it, now fill in the vegetables mixture and make rolls. Deep fry this or bake it in the microwave at 180 degrees for 15 mins.
  4. For the chilli jam, in a pan fry the chopped tomato, red chilli. Make a paste in the mixer. Now add the salt, sugar, vinegar, coriander leaves. Your red chilli jam is ready!

My Tip:

You can fry these platter in a non-stick pan in a low flame, it will be more crispy.
