Hariyali pulao

Ingredients to make Hariyali pulao

  • 2 bowl rice
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp green chilli paste
  • 1/2 sliced onion
  • 10 pudina leaves
  • Handful of chopped coriander
  • 1 cardamom
  • 1 cinnamon
  • 2 cloves
  • 4 black pepper
  • salt to taste

How to make Hariyali pulao

  1. Soak the rice for 15 minutes in water.
  2. Add the green chilli, garlic-ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, pudina leaves, coriander leaves in the mixture and grind it.
  3. Take oil in pan, add the prepared mixture in it. Then add onion and saute it.
  4. Add the soaked and drained rice in it, add salt, then add water and cook it properly.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and spring onion and serve it.
