Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Eggs-6
  2. Onion-4
  3. Tomato-2-3
  4. Coriander leaves
  5. Cumin seeds -1tbsp
  6. Cloves-4
  7. Black cardamom -1
  8. Green Cardamom -4
  9. Cinnamon -1
  10. Bay leaf -2
  11. Ginger-Garlic-green chilli paste -2tbsp
  12. Coriander Powder -2tbsp
  13. Cumin Powder -1tbsp
  14. Turmeric Powder -1tbsp
  15. Black Pepper Powder -1tbsp
  16. Kashmiri Chilli Powder -2tbsp
  17. Kasoori Methi -1tbsp
  18. Garam Masala -1tbsp
  19. Gram flour -2-3tbsp
  20. salt as per taste
  21. Cooking Oil

Instructions

  1. First roast the gram flour for 1 min & keep it aside. Boil the eggs for 10-15 minutes. Then cool it, peel it & prick it with a tooth pick, add 1/2 tbsp turmeric and Kashmiri Chilli Powder, salt to it and mix it well on the eggs and then fry the eggs.
  2. For gravy, take a pan, add cooking oil into it, heat it and then add cinnamon, black and green cardamom, bay leaf, cumin seeds.
  3. Then further add chopped onions to it and fry it and then add ginger-garlic-chilli paste to it, fry it and then add all the dry masalas except garam masala & salt to it. Stir it well and then add tomato puree & coriander leaves to it.
  4. Cook all very well & then add roasted gram flour, 1-2cups of water, eggs, kasoori methi, garam masala powder to it. Give it a boil and keep it on medium flame for 1 min and then switch off the flame.
  5. Take it out and garnish it with some coriander leaves .
