ABOUT Watermelon mojito RECIPE

As summer is knocking on the door..... Make watermelon summer drink to quench you thirst on a warm summer day. Watermelon has lot of benefits 1) Weight loss 2) High in Vitamin C 3) Improving blood flow I love watermelon, in summers this is my favourite drink... I hope you will also enjoy it. This drink contain sour and sweet flavour together. Very simple recipe....easy to make.....healthy and delicious in taste.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup of watermelon chunks (Use cool watermelon)
  2. 1 cup Mint
  3. 11/2 tsp Black salt or as per taste
  4. 11/2 tbsp lemon juice
  5. some ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix watermelon chunks, mint and black salt together in a blender.
  2. Blend it nicely for 30-45 seconds.
  3. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Sieve the drink well using a sieve or strainer .
  5. Serve the drink with ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves .
