About MANGO MASTANI MOUSSE Recipe

This delicious Mango Mastani Mousse has very creamy, light and airy texture. Only few ingredients and delicious dessert is ready in only in 15 mins, of course you need few hours to let it set in fridge.

MANGO MASTANI MOUSSE

Ingredients to make MANGO MASTANI MOUSSE

  • mango - 3 large mango, peeled, plus 1 for garnish.
  • Gelatin powder ( unflavored) or agar agar - 1 1/2 tbsp.
  • Condensed milk - 7 tablespoons.
  • Heavy cream - 1 cups.
  • Granulated sugar / sugar free - 2 tbsp.
  • Fresh mint springs and chopped mango for garnish.

How to make MANGO MASTANI MOUSSE

  1. Cut 4 mangoes into medium size pieces.
  2. Puree in a blender until smooth.
  3. Strain through a fine sieve.
  4. Place 1/2 cup mango puree and gelatin dissolve in large bowl combine both puree and condensed milk.
  5. Refrigerate for 15 mins.
  6. Whip heavy cream with sugar until stiff.
  7. Fold into mango mixture .
  8. Pour into shorts glass and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  9. Garnish with mint and diced mango.
