Atta seviya

Ingredients to make Atta seviya

  • atta seviya or bembino seviya 1 cup
  • milk 1 and 1/2 liter
  • sugar 1 cup
  • A pinch of elaichi powder

How to make Atta seviya

  1. Roast the seviya without any ghee or oil.
  2. Once roasted, put it in the milk. Let it cook on a low flame.
  3. Stir often so it doesn't stick to bottom.
  4. Once the milk gets thicker and the color changes, put in the sugar and elaichi powder.
  5. Stir it for the next 10 mins.
  6. Enjoy!

My Tip:

Make it on a low flame, let the milk be rubber type. Enjoy it hot and cold too. Eating it cold will taste like kulfi.
