ABOUT mango and cookies ice cream RECIPE

A yummy treat for kids in summer months. Fusion of mango and chocolate cookies gives an awesome taste .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Cream
  2. 1/4 cup icing sugar
  3. 1 cup Mango puree
  4. 1/4 cup condensed milk
  5. 7-8 Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take cold cream and whip with icing sugar till soft peaks.
  2. Add condensed milk to mango purée and mix well.
  3. Fold in the mix of mango purée and condensed milk into the cream slowly.
  4. Crush the Oreo cookies roughly and fold these into the cream mix.
  5. Pour it in a container and keep in freezer for 5-6 hours or until frozen.
  6. Serve cold with more cookies..
