Ingredients to make Safed Murgh

  • 2 breasts of chicken cut into cubes
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil - enough oil for lubricating the pan
  • 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp hung curd
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

How to make Safed Murgh

  1. Take chicken in a bowl and add all the ingredients except some oil for pan frying.
  2. Mix well, cover it with a cling sheet and keep it inside the refrigerator for atleast 4 hours.
  3. Take the bowl out of the refrigerator about 1/2 an hour before starting to prepare.
  4. Take cubes of the marinated chicken and bead them into skewers.
  5. Heat about 2 tsp oil in a pan and place skewers in the pan.
  6. Flip the side when one side is done.
  7. Serve it hot garnished with salad.
