Jowar Mango Roti

Ingredients to make Jowar Mango Roti

  • 1 cup jowar atta
  • 2 tbsp besan flour
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • Grind coarsely 2 tbsp grated raw mango, 2 tbsp onion cut, 1 green chilli, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp cut coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp methi leaves
  • 3 tbsp oil

How to make Jowar Mango Roti

  1. Mix jowar atta, rice powder, besan, ground masala, sesame seeds, salt, coriander and methi leaves and 1 tsp oil.
  2. Make a dough.
  3. Pat it on banana leaf or butter paper and spread on tawa, cooking with oil on both sides.
  4. Serve with dollops of butter and chutney of your choice.
