Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 raw mango chopped in cubes
  2. 1/4 cup grated Jaggery
  3. 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  4. 1/2tsp Cumin seeds
  5. Few curry leaves(15nos)
  6. 1 tsp ghee
  7. chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. 1 tsp Roasted cumin and red chilli powder
  9. Salt 1 pinch
  10. 1/2cup Water

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee on fry pan and once heated add cumin and fennel seed,
  2. Once splutter add curry leaves and saute for a minute
  3. Now add chopped mangoes and roast it till soft and tender
  4. Add jaggery to it,let it break down completely
  5. Now add some water and cook till caramelized and 1 string consistency
  6. Add roasted cumin and red chilli powder and salt and mix
  7. Switch off the gas stove and serve and stored once cool.
