Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Qeema(minced meat) 250grams
  2. Bitter gourds2nos
  3. Onion 2nos
  4. Whole garam masala 1tea spoon
  5. Curd 1/2cup
  6. Oil1/2cup
  7. Garam masala1table spoon
  8. Turmeric powder 1/2tea spoon
  9. Red chilly powder 1table spoon
  10. Coriander powder 2table spoon
  11. Lemon juice 1tea spoon
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Green chillies 2nos
  14. Chopped coriander leaves 1/2cup

Instructions

  1. Cut bitter gourds into round,1/2cm thick slices.mix one tea spoon salt and keep aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan,add whole garam masala and sliced onions,fry till golden brown
  3. Add qeema mix and cook till water dries.
  4. Addall the powdered spicesand salt ,mix well
  5. Add 1cup water cover and cook for 8_10 minutes on low flame,if water dries ,add more .
  6. Meanwhile sqees bitter guord and shallow fry in another pan till golden
  7. Add1/2teaspoon salt ,mix.
  8. Addlemon juice to bitter gourd .
  9. Now we come to qeema.if water is dried and qeema is cooked fully ,we"ll add garam masala.
  10. Mix well and add fried bitter gourd,stire
  11. Put off flame.take out qeema in aserving dish,garnish with chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.
  12. Serve with parathe.
