ABOUT Sprouts salad RECIPE

A healthy salad dish which is a filling meal in itself.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sprouts of any whole pulses
  2. 2 cups of red daal/beans or mixture of both
  3. 1 cucumber
  4. 1 tomato
  5. 1 radish
  6. 1 small red cabbage
  7. 1 onion
  8. 1 boiled potato
  9. 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  10. A pinch of chaat masala
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the sprouts and steam them for 2 minutes.
  2. Next chop the ingredients, tomatoes, cucumber, radish, cabbage, onion, potato, and mix them well with the steamed sprouts.
  3. Also add in a pinch of chaat masala and lemon juice to this mixture, make sure to mix it thoroughly.
  4. Store in the fridge till it is cooled.
  5. Serve as a healthy snack or dinner.
