ABOUT Protein Bomb RECIPE

Its a healthy high protein snack for those who need instant energy booster post workout.

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Cocoa powder - 60 gm
  2. Oats - 1 1/2 Cup
  3. Weigh protein powder - 2 scoop
  4. Peanut Butter - 200 gms
  5. Honey - 1/2 cup
  6. Flax seeds - 50 gms
  7. Chia seeds - 10 gms
  8. Coconut Powder - 30 gm

Instructions

  1. Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add honey and peanut butter and mix well.
  3. Put in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  4. Make 14 round laddus and store them in air right container.
  5. A serving of two of laddu is power packed with around 30 gm of protein and 60 gm of carbs and around 13 gm fiber.
