ABOUT Strawberry Pistachios Malai Kulfi RECIPE

Fresh pureed strawberries blended with whipped cream and condensed milk.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Strawberries pureed 1 cup
  2. Whipped cream 1 cup
  3. Condensed milk 1/2 cup or to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries properly. Then make a puree and strain in a big bowl.
  2. Mix everything together, then pour into a mould or freeze in a box. Keep it in a fridge to set for 6 hours or overnight.
  3. Demould or scoop and serve!
