Its my grandmother's recipe ...very delicious and healthy mouthwatering pickle

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Dry Dates 200 gram
  2. Kishmish 200 gram
  3. Cashews 100 gram
  4. Lemon juice 4 tablespoons
  5. Sugar 4 tablespoons
  6. Salt 1 teaspoon
  7. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Grounded carom seeds 1 teaspoons
  9. Red pepper powder 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Chopped dry fruits longitudinally
  2. Soak in lemon juice for half an hour
  3. Now add sugar in it
  4. Add all the spices
  5. Mix well
  6. Keep in a glass jar to develop
  7. It's ready to eat after 5...6 days
