Watermelon rolling cake

Ingredients to make Watermelon rolling cake

  • 4 eggs
  • maida 50 grams
  • cornflour 50 grams
  • sugar 80 grams
  • oil 30 grams
  • Milk 30 ml
  • cream of Tartart :
  • 3 gram or 1/3 tsp lemon juice
  • Green tea powder :
  • 1 tbsp + 10 gram hot water
  • Pink color
  • Chocolate chip

How to make Watermelon rolling cake

  1. Divide the egg york and egg white into 2 bowls.
  2. Add the maida, corn flour, oil, 30 gram sugar, milk and combine it with the egg york and stir well. Then set aside.
  3. Take the egg white, add cream of tartat and beat till its foamy. Then add in sugar and beat till its stiff peak.
  4. Pour 10 gram of hot water into green tea powder and stir it well .( If you use green food colors so leave this step.)
  5. Take the egg white mix in to the egg york, combine it well. Then divide into 2 bowls, after that add the pink color and green tea powder.
  6. Pour batter into the pan and bake at 240 degrees celsius within 15 mins.
  7. Let the cake cool and fill it with whipping cream, chocolate chip and roll it.
  8. Keep in the fridge for 15 mins before serving.
