Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida: 1 cup
  2. Suji: 1/2 cup
  3. Besan: 1/4 cup
  4. Chilled butter: 50 gms
  5. Baking powder : 1 gm
  6. Chilled water : as required
  7. Salt to taste
  8. White channa boiled
  9. Hung curd
  10. Sweet chutney
  11. Green chutney
  12. Sewo
  13. Chopped ginger
  14. Coriander
  15. Black salt
  16. Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Make a dough with the above mentioned ingredients.
  2. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Brush a muffin cup with butter then spread the dough and keep it in a preheated oven 180 degrees celsius for 20 minutes. Both sides to be heated.
  4. Cut the strips and twist to make a handle.
  5. Now fill the basket with boiled channa chaat masala, black pepper, black salt, chopped ginger, coriander sew, chutney.
  6. Garnish with seasonal fruits and enjoy the oil-free basket chaat.

good but if you don't have a oven U can make the basket by spreading the dough on the katori make sure it takes the shape properly n deep fry it vr the katori when cool the basket will come out easly U will need two katori
