Ingredients to make Putani chutney powder (Dalya/ Roasted gram powder)

  • Roasted chana daa l(dalya) 1 cup
  • Roasted peanuts 1/3 cup
  • chilli powder 2 tsp (more or less as per taste)
  • sugar 1 tsp
  • salt
  • garlic cloves 6-8

How to make Putani chutney powder (Dalya/ Roasted gram powder)

  1. Mix everything and grind into a course powder. Store in an air tight jar.
  2. The chutney pudi is ready to be eaten with Dosa, Idli, Upma, Akki rotti or Aval upma. It even tastes yummy with hot rice and ghee.
