Ingredients to make Stir fry vegetables

  • 1 small broccoli
  • 100 gm baby corn
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1/2 small cauliflower
  • 100gm beans
  • 100gm asparagus
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 yellow paper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 full lemon juice
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Salt to taste

How to make Stir fry vegetables

  1. Wash and cut all the vegetables in similar pieces. You can cut the broccoli and cauliflower in florets, and the beans and asparagus in long slices.
  2. Take a kadai/wok and heat it, then add 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Once heated, put in all the vegetables one at a time. Combine them well together and let it cook on high heat.
  4. Add in the ingredients, lemon juice, salt and cracked black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot and consume immediately to enjoy.
My Tip: This dish should be cooked just before serving or they lose their crunch.
