Green Matar Barfi

Ingredients to make Green Matar Barfi

  • Green matar paste
  • Milk powder
  • Khoiya
  • Sugar
  • Cashew nut
  • Badaam paste
  • Butter
  • Gulab jal
  • Sesame seeds

How to make Green Matar Barfi

  1. Make a paste of green peas.
  2. Add butter in a heated frying pan, then add the green peas paste and stir fry.
  3. Add the khoiya, sugar, cashew nut and badaam.
  4. Stir it smoothly till it becomes non-sticky, then add the milk powder, gulab jal and sesame seeds.
  5. Now spread the dough in a plate and freeze them. Then cut it into pieces.
  6. Spread the sesame and it is ready to be served.
