ABOUT Paranthe RECIPE

They are not usual stuff paranthas.since i am not dal lover,My mom used to knead them in the form of dough and make me eat..oops!

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1bowl any leftover yellow dal
  2. 2onions finely chopped
  3. Fresh coriander chopped
  4. 2green chillies finely chopped
  5. 1cup whole wheat flour
  6. Salt,red chilli powder,amchur and sukha dhaniya to taste
  7. Ghee

Instructions

  1. Knead a nice dough using all the ingredients except ghee.
  2. Make a lachcha paratha or any shape paratha of your choice.
  3. Saute it with ghee. Apply some butter over it.
  4. Serve with curd or any pickle of your choice.
